Available with us is a range of Contact Rivets. These are manufactured with wire by cold heading process. This helps in
making the shank soft for easy riveting and the head is work-hardened. The length of the shank can be varied but the
diameter is needed to be in right proportion to the size of head. This enables us to avoid wrinkles during cold forging
operation. These economically priced composite contact rivets can be manufactured in various dimensions. The limit to
the dimension is due to the requisite ratio between head diameter to head thickness.
Trimetal Contact Rivets
Tri-metal contacts are economical as compared to solid silver contacts without compromising with the quality.
We have the capability to manufacture Trimetal Contact Rivets with AgCdO / AgNi / Ag999 layer bonded with ETP Copper on both sides.
Weldable Button Contact Rivets
We specialize in manufacture of projection weldable contacts with AgCdO / AgNi on
Nickel, CuNi, Steel base, etc.
Bimetal Contact Rivets
Contact layer is normally half the thickness of the head.
To suit specific requirements, variation on this ratio is possible within practical limits.
Contact layer can be made of silver alloys like, AgCdO, AgNi, AgSnO, Ag999, etc.
